What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed occupancy goals.
Develop & Execute strategic sales plans to maintain 95%+ occupancy.
Build Relationships with families, referral partners, and the community.
Collaborate with admissions and leadership to enhance revenue growth.
Track & Report performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in leadership (senior living or healthcare preferred).
Proven ability to exceed sales goals and build high-performing teams.
Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
